How Do I Order Wholesale?

Please Contact Us before ordering for a wholesale order. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. We offer 10% discount off every product.

Let us know which product you would like to order and how many of each, so that we can check we have enough item in our stock to accommodate your order. Then we would reach to your mail handle with your special wholesale discount code.

Minimum wholesale amount is INR 100000, USD 1357, AED 4987, Kuwaiti Dinar 400.

What Is The Store’s Cancellation Policy?

For order cancellation, please contact us immediately. Our support team would assist as soon as possible. Once the order requested has been processed by our warehouse or by our manufacturing team the order would not be cancelled and the money would not be refunded.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Since our products are handmade, processing time would vary greatly between the products based on the product. Once your order is processed and shipped a confirmation mail would be sent to you with a tracking code.

Current production and manufacturing time 1-3 days.

For Bulk orders, Production and Manufacturing time depends upon the no of items ordered.

What’s Your Exchange and Refund Policy?

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our size and it is our customer's duty to measure on their end before purchasing.
