Process of Return!
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as delivered.To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@makhmalcreation.com and provide your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Condition For Return!
- The item should returned in its original packaging, unused and with all its tags.
- The expenses of returning will have to be beared by customer.
- Without initiating the return, item sent back to us will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
